Shadow of a flower

A real flower blooms from the shadow of the blue flowers above.

I have done a few paintings of flowers already, and I feel like I should be able to go beyond just beauty and send a message. Here, the shadow is a reflection of the flowers above. But one shadow becomes a flower more beautiful than its creator.
I enjoyed using the yellow and blue/teal combination again, but this time I expanded it with magenta and blue/green. I am also becoming more comfortable with the complementary mixes.
