City at night

The lights of the city at night. The city is full of lights from buildings, neon signs, cars, traffic lights. I wanted to portray that brightness and variety of colors, contrasted with the absolute darkness of the night sky and the ocean.

This is a large painting, and what is cool is that the frame is also painted. I used a lot of fluid acrylic as you can see, as well as a sponge for the sky and ocean.
