Midnight Train

It's fun to ride the midnight train regardless of what wagon(s) you choose.

I used a few techniques in here. Liquid and regular acrylics brushed and sprayed with water for the background. Dry brushing the trains and adding a dry outline roughly to make them glow. Then acrylics mixed with pouring medium in squirt bottles for the tracks and the electric poles. Finally using an acrylic pen to draw the figures and carefully filling them in with the brush.
