Sunset Splash

I was asked to do another sunset plexiglass painting like the ones for GG's Restaurant. Because this was a good friend of mine I obliged, and added some deeper reds and blues.

As with the previous ones, this is a reverse painting using acrylic paint on plexiglas. I used pyrrole orange and red for the background and blue and teal splashes.
The plexiglass painting is hung with steel standoffs which separate the plexiglass sheet from the wall and make it look very modern. Below is a side view.
