A second painting of electronic circuits. I picked a yellow background again, this time a faint azo nickel gold.
In some of the boards I have, especially older ones, you can sometimes see patch wires connecting different spots of the board, and those stand out against the perfect geometric machine-made circuits. So I added some of those patch wires in my painting too.

| Circuits #2 - Acrylic painting on canvas |
I wanted to master the technique of the controlled drips and the stamps. I also did some drips in straight lines. What I realized is that in this kind of painting, the eye expects the lines to be perfectly straight and parallel and anything not perfect stands out. Parallel drips are not easy to do without measuring and placing some guides, and that means spending a lot of time waiting for layers to dry. But then it's hard to get back into focus. So I did these relying on gravity when possible and on my eyes for the rest. I have previously painted circuits using masking tape, but here I wanted to practice doing them by hand. This enables me to use the squirt bottle and get some volume on the lines.
