Oriental Lilies (Digital Art)

Here are some beautiful oriental lilies I bought fresh at the market a few days ago. They were originally pink and magenta, but I changed their color to a deep blue. These flowers are big. Their petals are 3 to 4 inches long and curl beautifully after they open. I am doing a lot of sketches of them in preparation for a painting. I also like their straight long stems, which are thicker than normal to support these large flowers. And the leaves have a nice dark green tone. I also like the pattern on the petals, with the darker lines flowing from the center of the flower to the tip of the petal, and the dark sprinkles of color on them.
I think these oriental lilies are one of the nicest flowers to use as inspiration for a drawing or painting.
